Shirts from the 1950s have fabrics that are amazing not like the cheap fabrics we have today. Some manufacturers need to get a clue and start giving us that quality again. Wish this shirt fit me.

Hey Louis - we agree that 1950's shirts were vastly different fabric quality. Supreme difference! Yes, we wish modern day fabrics rivaled them. Those were the days...

Am trying to think of the name of a particular manufacturer who produced woolen shirts of very high quality during the 1950's.

Construction appeared to be of the type worn during winter.
